We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Sales Advisor (Kawartha Lakes, ON)
Location: Kawartha Lakes (Lindsay / Kirkfield)
Position Type: Full-Time Year Round / Full-Time Seasonal (9 Month)
Job Summary:
The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and nurturing leads through various channels, with a primary focus on social media, telephone calls to an existing database, and leveraging referrals from existing customers. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively engage with potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation – through online advertising and social media engagement.
- Database Management– utilizing the existing customer database to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Telesales Operations – to existing leads in our database to build relationships, answer queries, assess customer needs and set up in-person sales presentations.
- Sales Presentations – Conducting sales presentations at our 3-season cottage and RV resorts and campgrounds and assist families in their search for a holiday home.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Maintaining a detailed record of interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system, monitoring and reporting on the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of the industry and company products/services is advantageous.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)

Beach Attendants & Pool Attendants at Duck Lake RV Resort (Kirkfield, ON)
Duties include:
- Clean and maintain the pool daily
- Test pool water hourly
- Enforce pool policies
- Assess guests as required
- Monitor water amenities for safe use
- Perform first aid as required
- Inspect and clean water amenities daily
- Maintain a professional, approachable and positive attitude at all times.

Salary: From $17.20 per Hour

Duties include:
Monitor water-park patrons to ensure safety.
Inspect waterslides on daily basis.
Perform first aids as required.
Assist guests as required.

Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude to ensure guests enjoy their time spent at the resort.
